What a wonderful service we had to kick off November! Thanks to those in attendance and to anyone who watched online. Meeting in the back fellowship hall is evidence of the versatility of our building's accommodating service to the congregation, and the reality that we can adapt. I fully expect we can return to the auditorium next Sunday, and I'd like to see visitors and returning members as we worship and fellowship together. Please notice the significant improvements made as the Forge construction staff have worked diligently to improve our surroundings.

Also, just to remind you of this month's focus from the pastor, sermons address The Servant's heart, and Philippian citations of our response in gratitude as the season of Thanksgiving is upon us. May our God richly bless you as your grtitude is returned to Him in falithfully giving and serving!

We can certainly thank God for the recent rains, the days of PERFECT temperatures, and the beauty of the people who have been in our services recently. Whether participating online or in person, please take the time to give God gratitude for a continued peovision for our good. Thanks to the great attendees at church on Sunday! The sermon was a concluding word using the acrostic B-L-E-S-S-E-D, and I am hopeful our congregation is aware that the emphasis is on the continuation and intent for God to continue to meet us with His abundant blessings. Are you looking for His blessing today in your personal walk with Him? With your family? With our church? Pray with gratitude, believing He has something good for us!

Some days I simply need to return to the hymns of my childhood. In this period of acknowledging that our church has already been blessed, join me in the chorus: "Count your many blessings, name them one by one. Count your many blessings, see what God has done. Count your Blessings! Name them one by one... Count your many blessings, see what God hath done!"

What a day of blessings! We saw one come forward for baptism and membership, and enjoyed a great 5th Sunday dinner today! Thanks be to God as He continues to bless us.
